Well today I wanted to take a minute to share with you some of the craziness that has been going on around here. Besides preparing for a market on November 9th (I hope you have all marked your calendars because its going to be an AMAZING event), we sold our house and have been on the hunt for a new house. After looking at hundreds of houses, literally, I’m sure our realtor was happy I left for a month because we had looked at so many houses, we finally found the perfect house. And actually we found it while my husband and I were both in Washington, but it was what we had been looking for. So today I’m going to share some pictures of what it looks like before we get the keys next week and when all the fun begins.
Here she is, our new humble abode.
This lovely built-in, not my favorite, so hopefully that will be one of the first things to go. And that doorway leads back to the kids bedrooms.
The beautiful kitchen, one of my favorite things about the house. And I have to tell you, my family is all really tall and these counters were made just for us, they are all really high. And I love the oversized island, it works great in the open floorplan.
This is the master bedroom. Its good size, has some funny skinny windows that are off centered, we’ll see what we can figure out with that.

Guest Bedroom. Includes these interesting built-ins, can’t decide if I like them or not, we’ll see if they stay or go.

And the backyard. You can’t really tell in this picture, but it has a nice grassy area to the left and a pool (which the kiddos are quite excited about) and a great patio (which you cannot see in this picture).
We will hopefully be getting keys in the next week and can get started on the real craziness! And in the meantime my mind is going crazy with all the possibilities, does anyone else do that?
